Reporting
of illegal actions

By means of the Link on this page it is possible:

• Report actions and/or conduct that cause harm to the public interest or the integrity of public administration

Only actions and/or behaviors of which you have had direct personal knowledge in the performance of your duties in the work environment may be reported.

NO actions and/or behaviors may be reported that:

• Other people assert that they know
• They pertain to one’s individual employment relationship
• They refer to their own personal economic interests

All reports alleging possible harm to the public interest or the integrity of public administration will be handled by a person specially authorized by the company who may forward the report to the judicial authority.

It should be noted that the CEMB is unable to know and/or trace the reporter unless the reporter himself discloses his identity.

It should be noted that any forwarding of the report to the judicial authority will certainly be preceded by Cemb’s request to disclose the name of the reporter and that even in this case the reporter has the right to remain anonymous.
