CEMB’s training center is a space for organizing training and refresher courses for customers, agents and technical specialists.
Thanks to CEMB’s established experience in balancing machines and vibration analysis, the seminars, taught by qualified in-house technicians, offer a practical and focused approach to the main needs of balancing, vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Balancing courses
When: 22-23rd October
Who it’s for: technicians, maintainers, and industrial operators interested in learning more about the principles of balancing rotating bodies, from the theoretical foundations of imbalance to ISO 21940 standards.
Topics: balancing techniques, tolerances, balancing machines and flexible rotators will be explored, with focus on dedicated software. The training is completed with practical tests in the plant, learning verification tests and the issuance of a certificate of attendance.
The course is taught in Italian.
Vibrotechnology courses – VIB1
When: April 16-17 and October 8-9, 2026
Who it is for: Those who want to learn how to correctly measure vibration, read the vibration spectrum and recognize the most common causes of vibration on rotating machinery.
Topics: Sensors and proper field acquisition, vibration amplitude judgment criteria, spectrum interpretations and diagnosis, critical frequencies, practical balancing tests under service conditions.
The course is taught in Italian.
Vibrotechnology courses – VIB2
When: June 11-12, 2026
Who it is for: Those who already have experience and wish to learn more about advanced analysis tools, including phase, transients, resonances and rolling bearing diagnostics.
Topics: Vibration dynamics, diagnostics using phase, transient and resonance analysis, criteria and methods for identifying critical frequencies, balancing rigid and flexible rotating bearings.
The course is taught in Italian.
