Three station automatic balancing line with four arms loader and conveyors

Features:
The machine is equipped with:
– Input conveyor with the part recognizing system obtained by the automatic reading of the height and diameter of the disc.
– Unbalance measuring station.
– Unbalance correction station obtained by milling operation.
– Unbalance control station.
– Automatic loader with 4 arms.
– Addressing of the parts at the end of the cycle to the output conveyor with a switch for good and scrap parts.
– Optional part marking system.
