Cemb MOVE! is the new fully-automatic balancing machine designed for mobile service, but perfect also for workshops where space is limited thanks to its exceptional compact size. Its extraordinary versatility makes MOVE! usable anywhere, with the same performance as highend models.

2-hit technology data input

By manually rotating the wheel as indicated on the monitor, the LASER SPOTTER, in conjunction with the line MATCHING LASER, moves on the rim to measure its dimensions, eliminating the need for a gauge.

The confirmation and transmission of the data gathered by the two lasers to the software occurs by by pressing a pushbutton.

Rotating interface

Move! is equipped with rear knob for locking in position or setting intermediate positions as required; 90 degree rotation makes the weight carrier fully accessible.

Adhesive counter-weights positioning by means of SPOTTER Laser

Spotter Laser allows selecting the correction planes with maximum accuracy and then indicate the exact point of application of the weights.
The balancing procedure is further simplified by the brake that locks the wheel in the correction position.

Virtual Sonar

Virtual Sonar is the new CEMB software for a 3D wheel measurement which enables, in the absence of an actual sonar device, to detect the rim width. After having detected the first correction plane thanks to the automatic gauge, Virtual Sonar calculates the position of the external plane, according to the measured unbalance and the tolerance calculated with AutoAdaptive mode.

OPB: One plane balancing

OPB (One Plane Balancing), eliminates both static and dynamic unbalance with a single counterweight, indicating the exact position to apply the weight inside the rim. The balancer automatically detects if it is possible to correct both unbalances with only one weight, and activates OPB program (One Plane Balancing). A real revolution in wheel balancing. OPB saves you time and money while maximizing your productivity.

Automatic Approach and electric brake

Once the measuring launch is completed, thanks to the Automatic Approach system, the wheel automatically stops around 15° from the exact point of application of the counterweight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with a little movement. The electromagnetic brake allows to lock the wheel in the exact weight position.
